I am a woman passionate about life and deeply committed to personal and spiritual development. Seventeen years ago, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, and inner transformation, which allowed me to understand that as I change, so does my environment. I learned that the past cannot be changed, but it can be healed, and that living with presence and intention has a profound impact on our future.

Along the way, I discovered my life's mission: to love, accompany, share, and serve. From that purpose, today I lovingly dedicate myself to accompanying people who wish to take the wonderful journey of self-discovery, integrating both their light and their shadow, and reconnecting with their gifts and their best selves.

I use various therapeutic tools and personal development techniques that promote awareness, emotional self-regulation, and a more coherent life between what one thinks, feels, and does. I have witnessed significant transformations in those who have decided to look at their lives from a new perspective, gaining clarity to make decisions more aligned with their overall well-being.

Professional Profile

I am an internationalist with a degree from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México), with experience in leading national companies, where I developed and implemented coaching, productivity, and economic improvement tools. At the same time, I worked as a high school and university teacher for seventeen years, an experience that led me to become a high school principal, connecting with students, teachers, and families through a human and educational approach.

This journey allowed me to discover my true mission: to Love, Accompany, Share, and Serve. From there, I trained as a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Practitioner , and in chiropractic with the Advanced Proficiency Rated Activator method.

Currently, I integrate these disciplines to support individuals, communities, schools, businesses, and organizations in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation processes, with the goal of generating well-being and making a meaningful contribution to society.
